- Where is the shop located?
We operate in St. John’s, NL. You can shop in person at 31 Peet Street, Suite 202, St. John’s NL or online with local pickup at the boutique or in Mount Pearl.
- Can I return or exchange an item?
Within 14 days of your purchase if you are unhappy with the item(s) please return the item(s) unworn, unwashed in brand new condition with tags attached. We will provide an exchange or refund minus the cost of shipping( $5 for items which included free delivery at time of sale) . Customer is responsible for shipping/returning item to our boutique. Please note maternity dresses are exchange only.
Due to the intimate nature, we do not provide a refund or exchange on skin care, hosiery or undergarments.
No return or exchange on clearance or sale items.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are filled generally within 24 hours on days when the shop is open, orders can be picked up at 31 Peet St, suite 202 during store hours. Please wait to receive your second email before coming to pickup your order. Orders delivered locally take 2-5 days and order shipped by Canada post are mailed within 2-4 days plus shipping time of 7-10 days.
- How do I arrange for local pickup?
Once you receive a second email that your order has been filled, you can drop by the boutique during store hours to collect your package. Unsure if your order is ready, send us a message on social media we will be happy to confirm for you.
- Can I arrange contactless pickup?
We offer contactless pickup in Mount Pearl on Tuesday evenings and Wednesday mornings. Once you have placed your order please message us on social media by 1pm on Tuesday afternoon to avail of contactless pickup option. Requests received after 1pm will be available the following week.
- Do you offer gift cards?
Absolutely, they can be found on our home page under Gift Cards.
- Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within Canada.
8. Can I come and try on clothes?
Yes, we offer a large fitting room space in the boutique.
