Preorder items are not stocked in the boutique. 

Preorders are FINAL SALE

Preorder stock can fluctuate, if an item sells out before the order is filled you will be contacted immediately, offered a replacement or a refund. We have tried to only offer items that have substantial stock available from the distributor.

Orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks (often sooner)  - we make no guarantee on delivery times and we do not offer refunds on items that are delayed. We try our best to work with brands that ship orders promptly but from time to time delays are out of our control. We will package orders immediately upon arrival.

If you are ordering in stock items please note they will be available once your preordered item arrives, we try to keep all items in one transaction together to avoid confusion. Our return policy allows 14 days from order date for exchange or refund of in stock regular price items,  therefore we suggest placing your order for in stock items separately. You are welcome to combine all items in one order but please understand you will likely receive the items after the return window and there will be a longer wait time for pickup and delivery.
