In collaboration with experienced birth doula Tara Cornick, this 1.5 hour class will guide you step-by-step in creating a birth plan that reflects your values, preferences, and comfort. Whether it’s your first baby or your second, a thoughtful birth plan helps you communicate your wishes clearly to your care team, giving you confidence and peace of mind as your due date approaches.
During this interactive session, you’ll learn:
- How to identify your priorities for labor, birth, and postpartum care
- Tips for communicating effectively with your healthcare providers
- How to make your plan flexible yet clear
- Common questions and considerations to include in every birth plan
By the end of the class, you’ll leave with a structured, personalized birth plan ready to share with your support team.

Registration is for one person. Event takes place at 31 Peet Street - suite 202, 2nd floor. Please keep in mind we do not allow outside shoes in our playroom.
